Cushman & Wakefield acted as the seller’s advisor in the divestment of a major residential portfolio in Finland

Helsinki, April 2019 – Lehto Asunnot Oy has signed a contract with DWS Real Estate GmbH to build and sell 542 apartments to DWS. Portfolio consists of six assets which are located in Espoo, Turku, Kirkkonummi, Riihimäki and Jyväskylä. Some of the buildings are already under construction and all buildings will be completed during years 2019-2020. According to the contract Lehto is in charge for letting of the apartments and the final transaction price is dependent on the actual letting value and actual letting rate at completion.
